Power of Attorney

When you use our service, you grant us a limited Power of Attorney specifically for handling your 90-day reporting. This authorization allows us to:

• Submit your TM 47 form to Thai immigration on your behalf, using the location and channel best suited to your current situation
• Receive confirmation and official documentation related to your reporting
• Communicate with immigration authorities regarding your 90-day reporting

We select the route most likely to complete the filing successfully, given your circumstances. In some cases, this may include submission to an alternative immigration office.

This limited Power of Attorney does NOT authorize us to make visa decisions, sign other documents, or handle any immigration matters beyond your specific 90-day reporting request. The authorization terminates automatically once your reporting is complete. Read more in our Terms & Conditions.
